What is Scout Theory?
Scout Theory LLC is an independent internet company run by me, Andy Smigelski.
It builds and runs websites across travel, health, law, work and local business in the United States and Colombia. Some are businesses. Some are free tools. Some are guides to things I think deserve a good one.
