By engaging Scotheo for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Scotheo provides web design and development services for businesses. Our standard website package includes:
Our standard website package is priced at 500,000 COP. Payment terms are as follows:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, we will work with you to revise it until you are happy. This includes up to three rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
To complete your website, you agree to:
Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your completed website design. Scotheo retains the right to display the website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our standard delivery timeline is 5-7 business days from receipt of all required content and deposit. Delays in providing content may extend this timeline. We will communicate any changes to the expected delivery date.
Our standard package includes website creation only. Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are separate services and may be arranged at additional cost if desired.
Scotheo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or your website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. If you terminate before completion, the deposit is non-refundable. If we terminate, we will refund any payments for undelivered services.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Colombia for clients based in Colombia, and by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA for clients based elsewhere.
