Ohio roots. Medellín base. Internet everywhere.
I’m Andy. I’m originally from southeast Ohio and live in Medellín, Colombia. I’ve spent years buying domains, building websites, experimenting with search traffic and turning obscure ideas into small internet businesses.
Scout Theory is the container.
Some things become businesses. Some become useful free tools. Some make twenty dollars. Some go nowhere. Occasionally one becomes something much bigger. Scotheo is where I keep the ones worth showing people.
Scout Theory LLC is the business name behind Scotheo. The website is intentionally curated rather than a complete catalog of everything I own or operate.

Build useful things. See what happens.
The through-line is simple: notice a useful domain, a gap in the information people can find, or a process that is more frustrating than it should be. Then build something around it and see whether people care.
Useful first.
A project should help somebody do something, learn something, find something or make a decision.
No fake scale.
Scout Theory is founder-run. The site does not pretend there is a giant team hiding behind the logo.
Ship often.
Most ideas are easier to judge after they exist in the world than while they are still sitting in a notebook.
Stay curious.
There is room here for serious businesses, public-interest tools and ideas that are simply interesting enough to build.
